gnat (ada) build for version 3.0 (to 3.0.4 via diffs)

Hi,

The included documentation (INSTALL/) does not mention what version of
gnat is required to build gnat for 3.0. I found an RPM on an auxiliary
RedHat 7.1 disk (gnat-devel-3.13p-4.i386.rpm). It contained a gnatgcc
that says:

gnatgcc -dumpversion
2.8.1

Anyone know if this will do for a 3.0 to 3.0.4 build?
