ARCTangent A4 GNU/GCC toolchain

Does anyone know where to get the old ARCTangent A4 toolchain?  It
used to be hosted at arc-linux.org but the site is no longer
available.

The newer toolchain at http://arc-linux.sourceforge.net only supports
ARC 600 and 700 and claims to be broken for A4 due to architectural
and instruction set encoding differences.
