Changing default architecture on AIX

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi,

I have GCC-4.3.3 installed as 32-bit compiler. Obviously
it also produces 32-bit output files by default.
Using "cc -maix64" to produce 64-bit output works fine.
I want to change the default (so I do not need to
specify "-maix64 on the command line). How would I
change this (probably by writing something into the
specs file)?

Thanks for an answer,
cheers,

   Olaf
