How to make compile fail when finding a double or long double?

Hello - I am using gcc to compile my C code and I want to know how can I
force the compilation to fail if it finds the use of type double or long
double? Please help. Thank you!

Target: i386-redhat-linux
gcc version 4.0.2 20051125 (Red Hat 4.0.2-8)
