Both of you are ignoring etiquette on this list.

gprof is part of binutils, not gcc.  Agreed that OP should have explained
why gprof has not been considered.
Alternatives for mingw, should that be the question, include CodeAnalyst
(semi-proprietary) and VTune/PTU (proprietary).
