Not really, it seems like revision 127302, which enabled gimple checking for non-gcc compilers, only updated gimple.h and not gimple.c. If that is the case, it is easy enough to fix: remove the check on GCC_VERSION in gimple.c. But that means it should have been failing for all non-gcc compilers for more than a year...
