They're defined in mpfr, which you need to upgrade. The minimum required version was recently bumped to 2.3.0 (2.3.2 preferred) on the trunk, part of which included removing the #ifdefs that previously guarded use of features added in 2.3.0, so using an older version is no longer possible.
