Need help for an old makefile

Hello,
I have an old makefile and I want to run it but it can not be "make"ed. How
can I convert it to current version of makefile?:confused:

TARGET = OCEAN
OBJS = main.o jacobcalc.o jacobcalc2.o laplacalc.o \
	slave1.o slave2.o multi.o linkup.o subblock.o 
CFLAGS = -O2 -Olimit 2000 -w 
LDFLAGS = -lmpc -lm
MACROS = ../../../null_macros/c.m4.null

x = *

$(TARGET): $(OBJS)
	cc $(OBJS) -o $(TARGET) $(LDFLAGS)

.SUFFIXES:
.SUFFIXES:	.o .c .C .h .H

.H.h:
