Yep, I forgot to mention that.  You can resource the changed files,
but it is usually best to relogin.

And I am really glad it works, because I realized after I sent the
last mesage that I DO NOT use rpmbuild with gcc routinely, just rpm to
build a binary package from my own development tree.
