oh, 3x...
i thought the version number can be found through gcc...
it seems i paste a stupid question here...

BTW, why the version number appear twice when i use rpm -qa glibc?


[root@localhost ~]# rpm -qa glibc
glibc-2.5-3
glibc-2.5-3
