inttypes.h

Hi, Everybody,

I thought I would tell you what I did to solve the problem I had when I
first tried to build SWI Prolog version 5.6.40. The workstation
complained because it couldn't find inttypes.h in /usr/include. So I
symlinked /usr/include/sys/inttypes.h to /usr/include/inttypes.h.
