Moxa, the manufacturer of the hardware and supplier of the programming environment, is of no help. I'm a n00b to Linux, and I know not where to start in taming this problem. I get a link error when I try to build an application I'm writing that I flat out do not understand. The compiler in question is GNU C++, and the target environment is Redhat Linux 2.4.2. The error messages are highly condensed because I don't want to try to type everything verbatim, but "...hidden symbol: _Unwind_GetRegionStart in ...libgcc.a " "is referenced by DSO". The final link fails, citing "Nonrepresentable section on output". I've not yet figured out how to capture the error messages to a file so I can post them verbatim. Any help I can get will be appreciated. -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/Link-error-involving-DSO-tf4267271.html#a12144440 Sent from the gcc - Help mailing list archive at Nabble.com.
