I recently submitted my first bug and patch to gcc (http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=32532), and it dealt with an unused variable in libiberty/argv.c. I just found out that the same condition exists at the same line in the same file for binutils. Are these files supposed to be in sych somehow? Am I supposed to submit the bug to both products?
