bugzilla patch help

Hi,

I wanted to get the patch in gcc bug database of:
http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=20239
but when I clicked at patch for cppinit.c, I got:

Error: gcc/gcc/Attic/cppinit.c.diff: no such file or directory 

Any hint, please?
