You're on the wrong list... There's a list specific for java.
Anyway, GCJ doesn't yet support java 1.5 language features. Preprocess
your code with Retroweaver (http://retroweaver.sourceforge.net/).
You might also use JavaCompiler (http://javacompiler.mtsystems.ch/), it
can automatically preprocess your code...
