When you install GCC, you must have created a new directory, say
"build_gcc" for installing it.
so when you do "make", cc1's path is --
<gcc-main-direcotry>/build_gcc/gcc/cc1

if you can excute the command 'gcc', there has to be 'cc1' somewhere.
Try 'locate cc1'.
