You can get command line versions of 'tar', 'gzip' and 'bzip2' from
http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages.html .

Googling for 'bzip Win32' turns up http://www.bzip.org/downloads.html which
I suspect provides a gui bzip2 Windows app.
(Google also turns up other additional links as well :-)
