gcc 3.4.3+linux 6.2

I am trying to install gcc 3.4.3 on linux 6.2 ( zoot) kernel version
(2.2.14-5.0)

While doing a make, it gives all sorts of errors.
I wanted to know, is it possible to install gcc 3.4.3 on linux 6.2. If
yes how to go about it.
