Gcc C compiler on Mac Os 10.3.8

    I'd appreciate any thoughts on how best to update to GCC 4.3 from GCC
3.3, and also on like to download the current GCC C compiler to my Mac
running OS 10.3.8.   Thanks in advance for any thoughts.
