How to recompile gcc to use new installed glibc

Hi, all,

I installed glibc version 2.3.3 under
/usr/local/glibc2/, how to re-compile gcc to force it
to use this new glibc instead of the built-in glibc
from Red Hat 9.0? Thanks a lot.
