we installed gcc3.3.2 on Solaris 5.9 . We are getting bizarre problems
with segmentation violation in the "new" operator. These problems appear
when running standalone, and when running with "Insure". Insure shows us a stack
that goes straight into "malloc". Can anyone point me to what the problem might be here?
I have never seen anything like this before. Are we having some problems with badly
installed libraries?
