They are in c-tree.texi because they are now GENERIC, not GIMPLEtrees.
GIMPLE lowers LOOP_EXPRS.
He asked about using LOOP_EXPR in GIMPLE.
As the docs say, LOOP_EXPRS are no longer GIMPLE, they are lowered to
explicit gotos.
