Hi, I use compiler gcc-3.4.2 on EM64T machine. One of my static compilation ( shared link passed OK) I receive several errors like the following: typeinfo for UcmNetOcc: discarded in section `.gnu.linkonce.r._ZTI9my_symbol' from /tmp/outdir/libXX.a(X.o) Where the library /tmp/outdir/libXX.a and also the object X.o contain the following reference to my_symbol: > nm /tmp/outdir/libXX.a | grep ZTI9my_symbol | c++filt 0000000000000000 V typeinfo for my_symbol Does anybody know what is wrong here?
