What in your opinion, is the future of Native Assembly
Language in presence of JAVA ByteCode and .Net
Intermediate Language?

They will all die.

Eventually, there will come another bytecoded language to end all bytecoded languages.
One bytecoded language to rule them all, if you will.
Until someone makes a slightly incompatible version of it, and we end up with two.
Whoops.
Slowly, they become popular, then die off, in favor of some slightly better or worse bytecoded language with a prettier front end syntax or nicer graphical development environment.
Half the programmers then spend time simply moving apps from one bytecoded language to another, while the other half make new apps in one of the new ones.
Repeat until world ends.
Justify Your Opinion.

See history.
