changing compiler/preprocessor name

[GCC <gcc@xxxxxxxxxx>]

Hi

I want to change GCC code that would call for my preprocessor/compiler
instead of GCC's. It has to be before parsing of source code and right 
after command line parsing. Limited only to C language.

Can i do it in spec file?
