Is this compiler specific

i am using  gcc 3.2.2

On use c++ <filename.cpp>
the program compiles normally 

using gcc it gives errros<i have attached the error file>

Going with Ejay's solution, the problem doesn't get resolved when i
use gcc on my redhat linux 9.0 box
