If you go to the releases page (gcc.gnu.org/releases.html) you will
    see links to changes pages for all gcc releases.

Note that gcc 3.2.x is closed and no longer supported. 3.4.0 is the
    latest, and 3.3.3 is the most stable maintained release. If you
    can move all the way to 3.3.3 or 3.4, you should.
