That is odd: it is present on ftp://gcc.gnu.org and any site
mirrored from that.  I checked on ftp://ftp.gnu.org and it is indeed
missing.  It should be an error from the ftp-upload script part -- 96
files were uploaded :-)

That should be fixed anythime now.
