What does one have to do in order to have gcc defining...

__linux__, _MIPS_SZ{INT,LONG,PTR} and _MIPS_ISA

...?

I have grepped thru gcc info documentations and haven`t found a trace of
these...

I`d add that gcc is version 3.2.2, despite it seems irrelevant to me...
