There are PostScript manuals on the GCC web site at http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/ . If you're on Linux or Windows, you can read them with,, for example, Ghsotview or GV, and convert them to PDF with Ghostscript (or Acrobat Distiller :-)
