OS - AIX 5.2
g++ - 3.3
I have the most simple of .cpp programs :

I am then using the following command :
g++ myprog.cpp
I get the following error :

Do you have any idea as to what is causing this ?.
I thought this may be some compatibility issue with your gcc binaries so I
downloaded the gcc source to build myself but when I try to make it using
the following command :
make bootstrap
I get a similar error to the above :
