A look at accountopt.h would suggest as much. However, when I attempted to build a plugin that had an option it wouldn't work! It seems there is no way to have an option where there's a list. There is no "case" in the switch in add_protocol_options(). There should also be a case added to the switch block in ok_account_prefs_cb, I suspect.
