Summary: Auto Accept File Transfer

Initial Comment:
I don't think it's the most urgent thing in the world
and I don't know if it has been posted before, but I
would love to see an auto accept file transfer option.
It is a hassle to have to accept every file and then
find a place to put it.. I would like to have them all
in one place, possibly separated into folders by medium
and name, just like Trillian's auto accept function.
If there is a plugin-in or an option for this that I am
missing, if anyone would please kindly guide me in the
right direction, that would be lovely..
