Even the portableapps version of gaim won't work when I have the current gtk installed! It is choking when trying to parse the UPnP response from your router. My very long new monitor crashes game in all of its resolutions due to gtk errors. I think gaim is fab, but now crashes all version, including portable versions, inc all of them. Gaim beta 3.1 gives the following errors, this version is beta 2.0.0 ver 3.1 Larger monitor was the only thing I changed since gaim stopped working tryed uninstalling / re-installing / installing others veriations or combinations of gtk / gaim / ect.
