Summary: 2.0 beta3 missing "Raise window on events"

Initial Comment:
(sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong place)

I can't seem to find the option for "Raise window on
events" or anything rempotely similar anywhere in the
preferences of Beta3, or anywhere else. I can get
buddy pounce to do something similar... but only on a
per-buddy basis and in a completely annoying way.

I can't really use gaim without this feature, as my
hearing isn't very good, and I'm usually busy so I
can't always be staring at my message boxes.

I can only hope I've just overlooked it somehow, but
otherwise I'll have to stick with 1.5 for now.
