Great product. we are using in support, i have almost 250+ users. After 2-3 months, i got so many logfiles that i can not even go to that directory, explorer just hangs for 3-4 mins to show me the listing. I reme. Trillian was using single logfile for each user, is that better design for logging ? May be is there a tool/plugin that helps consolidate these logs ?
