Summary: can't turn off buddy pounce

Initial Comment:
I set up a buddy pounce on one of my buddies, but now I
can't turn it off. All the options were set so every
time the buddy starts to type, sends a message, signs
on, etc... a message window pops up. Removing the buddy
from the list didn't fix this, nor did reinstalling GAIM.
