Initial Comment:
Most of time, i'm working with cedilla. I set cedilla like 
input but wen i close and start back Gaim, input method 
is back to default.

This is a Gtk+ problem, not a Gaim problem.  Are you using
Linux, or Windows?  If the answer is Windows, I have no
idea.  If the answer is Linux, you can set GTK_IM_MODULE to
the appropriate input module for your input method.
