I am behing a MS ISA Proxy and gaim refuses to connect
to any service , yahoo, gtalk or IRC. Out of "gaim -d".

This isn't under win32.

Also, there isn't enough information in this log to debug
anything.

Have you configured gaim to use your proxy?
