Hi,
This is my first time on the list. GAIM is a great
program but I have a couple of problems with it :
1. I have to Buddy Groups (Friend and Friends). I
deleted these groups (and automatically deletes the
buddies contained within - most Yahoo and one or two
AIM). After I login again the groups still appear.
I've had this problem for more than 2 months. Somehow
it doesn't synchronize with the servers properly.
2. I had assigned aliases to my buddies in these
groups previously but I keep having to assign them
everytime I login to GAIM. Anybody having the same
problem?
Are the aliases and buddy groups in GAIM stored on
some central server somewhere?
