Summary: MSN contacts remain offline always

Initial Comment:
There are some contacts which remain offline although
Messenger users can see them. I can only talk to them
if they start the conversation, as trying to IM them
launches the "user is offline" notice.
As far as I know, it happens no matter what network
configurations we have -tested in quite different
networks-, or if I am using Linux or Windows Gaim.
If it is of any use, ghost users have no specially
complex or localized screen name.
I noticed this problem sometime during 1.x evolution,
but could have been present in previous versions.

 Thanks for the attention
  Elora HRanma
