/me has never encountered either of these programs and thinks it's
totally fine to remove 148 and 149.  I /think/ they're dead?

OTOH /me has never encountered either of these programs so someone who
knows what they were (are?) should comment about the likelihood of
"prepair" ever re-emerging zombie-like from the grave. :)
