My bad. UMing is supposed to be the font supporting zh-hk, but become
"unsupported" due to my over-zealous use of Hong Kong Supplementary
Character Set 2008. No fonts common on Linux/Unix has ever supported
it. The attached patch against my previously submitted file relaxes a
bit and only make sure fonts support 2004 version of standard (by
removing 2 code points). Just compiled git master branch once to check
(with the 2 code points removed), and zh-hk is listed again in
fc-query.

For the other font, it's the major reason I'm creating this update.
