[PATCH] Use the PKG_INSTALLDIR macro

Hi,

Here's a patch to use the PKG_INSTALLDIR macro instead of defining pkgconfigdir. This adds

a ---with-pkgconfigdir switch to configure in case the .pc files are somewhere else than /usr/lib/pkgconfig.
