Re: Locale based fontconfig matching

Well, since 2.10.0, fontconfig adds $FC_LANG, $LC_ALL, $LC_CTYPE or
$LANG (if any) to the FcPattern before trying to match a pattern. i.e.
'lang' more or less contains any of them. so it should choose the
proper fonts even if one didn't add a 'lang' into FcPattern now. and
particularly 'lang' testing would effectively works.

Jiang, I don't know if you have tried it yet, if you have any
difficulties, please let me know.
