Hi,
Please do not post single issue to multiple mailing lists
without consideration about appropriate list. You have
posted this message to fontconfig and libtool mailing list.
You had already post to cairo, pango lists and got helpful
replies. Apparently your error occurs in pango building,
and not related to fontconfig at all.
In my impression (with your messages in other mailing lists),
your experience is insufficient to execute autogen.sh by
yourself, and I don't know why you want to do such.
