Lucida Sans Unicode line-height

Has anyone ever noticed how differently pages using this font render
line-height on M$ vs. Linux? Most M$ TTF fonts seem to render pretty
much the same regardless of platform, but not this one. M$ gives it
normal line-height, but OS/2 & Linux sometimes give it up to 1/3 more.
Gecko seems to be the worst offender. URI below details my observations
with screenshots using Firefox, Konqueror, Opera & IE.
