[Fontconfig] subpixel rendering patch for Xft

Hi,

I found a way to make Xft's subpixel rendering look better. Well... I 
think it looks better. It's described here:

This patch applies to the Xft that comes with Xorg 6.8.2 ... if there's 
interest, I'll re-base the patch off of a newer version of Xft.
