hi, in a gtk2 program...gedit for example: let's say i select "arial" as my font. it works fine. now i enter some japanese text. arial does not contain the necessary glyphs. but gedit is able to find a "suitable" font and use it to display those glyphs. question: i have 5-10 japanese ttf fonts. which one will be picked? and how can i adjust it? (i assume that fontconfig does this job...or pango?) thanks a lot, gabor farkas
