Errors with installing fontconfig 2.3.2

Neither of these packages should include this file -- it should be built
in the post-installation script by running fc-cache.  In the case of
fontconfig, the script should run
'fc-cache -f' to rebuild all of the system cache files.  In the case of
'urw-fonts-2.0-14mdk', it should run 'fc-cache' to create new cache
files for the newly installed fonts.

Similar problems exist with the other font packages.

It appears that someone mis-packaged fontconfig and the fonts for this
distribution.
